31 Days Houston Inner Loop Living – A favorite Midtown Community

I moved to Midtown 10 years ago and remember the building of the Lovett townhome community of Oak Place. It is such a stately community with huge entrance gates, black stained driveways which contrast the white stucco. Besides the architecture, it’s the location that is a favorite of mine.

When I was asked to list 110 Oak Place for sale, I was very excited. This home is in immaculate condition and looks like a model home.  Lovett builds a quality product and it shows in all the details like archways, crown moulding in all rooms, high ceilings and 8′ interior doors.  The house has 3 large bedrooms with 3.5 baths and great closet space.  I love the open floor plan on the second floor with the sunken living room, and the crisp, clean kitchen which opens up to the dining room.  110 Oak Place has over 2500 sq ft.  This is a wonderful floor plan to entertain.

Beside the fabulous interior, the location is one of my favorites.  It is located on the west side of Midtown and nestled by mature oak trees.  I love walking the area around this community.  You can stroll with your dog to the park 2 blocks away or walk to one of the many restaurants like Farrago’s or Front Porch Pub.

This is a great house in a prime location of Midtown and embodies inner loop living!  If you know of someone who would like to live here contact me for a tour.
